Gold Star Families say THANK YOU!

Thank you all for your help in making this years presentation of quilts to the Gold Star families a phenomenal event. I've attached some of the pictures for you.

BIG THANK YOU LADIES!!

A HUGE THANK YOU to all of you who have helped in getting this batch of quilts ready for the April 2012 Gold Star Family Gathering. We will be presenting them on April 14. Since the weather is getting nice, we will return to meeting the fourth Wednesday of each month. We are also expanding our project to include making quilts for the wounded soldiers at the VA. Any help you can offer is always greatly appreciated. I recently was given a large batch of blocks that will be perfect for these quilts. The wounded quilts do not have to be patriotic like we make the Gold Star quilts. I'm looking forward to more sewing with you all. See you in April!

January Workshop this weekend!

Hi All, I hope you've all had a great holiday and some needed time off. But it's time for us to get back to quilting. Quilts will be given out to the families of the fallen in April this year. We will be meeting the 4th Saturday of January, February, and March in anticipation of the annual Gold Star Family gathering. So come join us this Saturday, January 28 at our usual place:

9:30 am - 3:30 pm
